Cultural Pulse Check
A cultural pulse check of the whole service from the road, through the foyer, into the indoor and outdoor environments and a review of Educator's confidence to embed cultural perspectives into their environments.
Once Educators understand where they sit on the cultural continuum, this can be quite empowering and motivating for wanting to grow their cultural proficiency.
Through conversation and observations, we can discuss where each educator is on their journey in embedding Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander and Culturally and linguistically diverse perspectives into their practice. In collaboration with the team, our consultants will suggest a plan to support them on their journey.
This plan will give them some tools required to build their knowledge about the ‘why’ which will give them the confidence to embed Aboriginal Torres Strait Islander and Culturally and linguistically diverse perspectives into their everyday practice. This process could also include an audit of culturally relevant resources available in the service.

Jackie, Cecelia and Ranu are located in Weipa, Cairns and Sunshine Coast. We are very happy to travel and deliver packages to your service no matter where you are located.
Travel costs will be included in your invoice and will be at the current market rates which will include: Petrol, Airfares, Accommodation, Hire Car, Travel incidentals (including parking/tolls/fuel costs/Cab fares/additional luggage), Travel Allowance
Costs will vary depending on where your service is located, the time the visit is required and current market rates for travel components. In some cases, services may like to link up with other services within their community to share these costs. Please contact us for further information.
